Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Triathlon Manager. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Triathlon Manager is an early, first-playable race-day product. Features may change, break, or be removed as it is developed. We provide the game on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time from the privacy page.

When using Triathlon Manager you agree not to:

• Choose a display name that is offensive, infringing, or impersonates another person or organisation.
• Manipulate, falsify, or game race results or leaderboards, or otherwise cheat.
• Access the service through automated means, scrape data, or place unreasonable load on it.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You provide a display name and country, and you generate saved race results. You grant us the right to store and display this content, including showing your display name, country, and times on public course leaderboards.

We may remove content, or suspend access, where content breaches these Terms or applicable law.

The game and its original content — including the simulation, physics and physiology models, text, design, and branding — are owned by us. Some underlying inputs, such as course route data, are derived from publicly available sources and remain subject to any terms attached to those sources. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial enjoyment. All rights we hold and do not expressly grant are reserved.

Triathlon Manager may portray sports-science concepts for entertainment purposes only. Any physiology, nutrition, pacing, or training content is not medical, health, or professional training advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making training, nutrition, or health decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of simulation results. This does not affect mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Austrian or EU law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer-protection rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms as the game evolves. We will update the "last updated" date above, and material changes will be made apparent in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and these Terms do not affect those rights.
